GB Motorcycle Chain Put to the Test in the Finke Desert Race

GB Power Transmission's exclusive South Australian Distributor, Australian Production Line Maintenance (APMS) has put the new GB Series Motorcycle chain to the ultimate test. APMS managing director Don Murfitt, a keen motorbike enthusiast recently entered and completed the notorious Finke Desert Race using the GB 520 O-ring chain. Riding in the 2008 Race on his YZ-250 Yamaha Motocross bike, Don put chain and bike through 450kms of some of the roughest desert racing in Australia. The spare chain was not required as the GB series O-ring Chain completed the race in good condition. The new GB series motorcycle chains are now available around Australia from stocking distributors. All the popular chain sizes are stocked in bulk and pre-cut lengths to suit most makes and models. Chain comes in standard, heavy duty, O-Ring and Heavy Duty O-ring models.
